Orders below AED 200 are subject to a standard delivery fee of AED 20

Orders are prepared within 0–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed after working hours may be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) are usually processed on the same day.
Orders placed after this time may be processed the next business day.

Courier & Delivery

Orders are shipped using third-party courier services operating across the UAE. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location and external factors.

Address Updates

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier, changes may not be possible.
