At Perfume Shake, selected offers come with a special Money-Back Guarantee, allowing you to try eligible products with confidence.

This guarantee applies only to products or bundles specifically marked as eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee. It does not apply to regular products or offers that do not carry this guarantee.

Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The purchase must be part of an eligible Money-Back Guarantee offer.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The perfume may be tested, but only a few sprays should be used for testing purposes. Products that have been significantly used will not qualify.
  • The perfume must be returned in its original packaging and in acceptable condition.
  • The bottle must not be damaged, broken, altered or misused.
  • The customer is responsible for sending the product back to us for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

If you choose a refund:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Send the product back to us.
  3. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the eligibility conditions.
  4. Once approved, we will process your refund.
  5. The original delivery/shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  6. The return shipping cost paid by the customer to send the product back to us is also the customer's responsibility.

Exchange Process

If you choose an exchange:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days.
  2. Send the original product back to us.
  3. Once received, our team will inspect the product.
  4. After approval, we will arrange the exchange.
  5. A delivery charge of AED 30 will apply for the exchange shipment.
