Exchange Policy

At Perfume Shake, we value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering quality products. However, due to the nature of perfumes, the following policy applies:

Exchange Policy Duration

Our exchange policy lasts for 7 days only from the date of purchase.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange.

Sealed / Unused Perfumes

• Once a product is purchased and opened or the seal is broken, no exchange or return will be accepted.

• Item is eligible for exchange only if:

  • It is unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

All exchange requests are reviewed before approval.

Refunds are not entertained.
Exchange delivery charges of 30 AED will apply.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
