Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

To qualify for an exchange:

The product must be unused and unopened
The item must be in its original packaging
Products with a broken seal are not eligible
The item must be returned in the same condition as received

All exchange requests are subject to review before approval.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds.
Only exchanges are available in accordance with this policy.

Exchange Charges

A delivery fee of AED 30 applies to all approved exchange requests.
